Spring Balancers


Quick On spring balancers are well received in industries as efficient auxillary tool for handling portable tools and equipments. Simply suspend spring balancer from overhead support and hook in the tool/equipment. Now release spring tension by rotating rachet counter clock wise with allen key, till the tool begins to descend. Now the tool weight is all set for use. Operator merely has to guide the tool during working.
          As work is over, operator just have to release tool and tool will remain hanging at set height.Thus tools are not required tobe placed on any support  during idle.

Application:

Spring balancer’s application include suspending portable spot welding guns, pneumatic tools, portable electrical tools, spray painting guns, gauges, fixtures, hydraulic tools, bag closing machines, switch buttons of hoists, grinding tools etc….

Construction:

Specially made spring are wound on an axle with protective and tensioning system enclosed in special cast enclosures. Working parts are heat-treated for minimizing wear and tear. To avoid increasing torque, the wire rope drum is of conical grooved shape. Quick disconnect self –locking hook helps faster change of tool. Swivel hook on which balancer is suspended enables 3600 movement.

Safety Lock System:

There is no danger of load falling incase of spring failure in balance. In the unlikely event of breakage the springs expands and raise the cable drum stop safety stud locking the cable drum and holding the load.
